Submit your abstracts and shape the future at APACC 2025!

APACC offers an excellent opportunity for researchers in the Asia-Pacific region to showcase their latest findings and exchange insights on HIV and co-infections.

We welcome two types of abstracts:

1. “Lessons learned” abstracts

What worked and what did not work? Share your experiences and exchange ideas with a multidisciplinary audience.

2. Research abstracts

Present the latest results from your study or research and discuss the findings with an expert audience.

Encore abstracts and industry-submitted abstracts are also accepted as long as the research is focused on the Asia-Pacific and has new data at the time of the conference.

We strongly advocate the use of person-first language for all abstracts submitted.

Further detailed information on categories for abstract submission is available on the conference website.

Submit your work today and help shape the program of this important event.
Abstract Submission Deadline: Friday, 7 March at 23:59 JST

Session Spotlight: Must-See Highlights of the 3-day Program!

APACC 2025 promises a showcase of ground-breaking science, delivered by the leading experts in the field.

What truly sets APACC apart, however, is its vibrant community of attendees. Each year, the dynamic blend of academics, clinicians, early-career researchers, patient advocates, NGOs, and more fosters enriching discussions and sparks innovative ideas.

This year, we’re thrilled to announce an expanded line-up of abstract presentation slots, giving delegates even more opportunities to present their research. The program also features an exciting array of plenary sessions, capacity-building workshops, clinical case discussions, networking events, poster viewings, and much more!

Go to APACC 2024 and watch some of the excellent presentations from last edition to get inspired and excited for next year!

Day 1

We open with a plenary session from the Global Perspective on HIV Epidemiology. You then head into parallel sessions on community-led monitoring and emerging infections. The day closes with a relaxed welcome reception.

Day 2

Day two starts early with capacity-building sessions and then moves into a plenary session on Prevention by the Implementation of PrEP/PEP Strategies. The day's parallel sessions include topics like sexual health, advanced HIV, tuberculosis, and mental health. We end with an in-depth discussion on Viral Hepatitis during our plenary session.

Day 3

The final exciting day offers another round of capacity-building along with a wonderful opportunity to hear insights from the community. This will be followed by engaging parallel sessions exploring women & HIV, digital innovations, and opportunistic infections. Lively debates are always a popular feature of APACC, and this year will be no different! This year's topic promises to spark insightful discussions and diverse perspectives. The last plenary session exploring the Care Models for Older People will then close out another superb APACC experience.
